Head of Sales

**Roles + Responsibilities** - You will be responsible to build sales strategy for Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions (EHDS) offering and roadmap for execution together with Endress+Hauser Sales Centers (SCs) - You will influence the Marketing and Product strategy - You will drive sales activities to ensure customer centric approach and bring outside -in view to foster customer satisfaction amongst all EHDS stakeholders - You will establish strong collaboration and solid relationships with E+H SCs - You will identify new business opportunities for EHDS and manage the required changes together with the Head of Product Management to optimize the portfolio - You will take charge of the pricing of EHDS products to optimize topline, bottom line and ensure pricing and discount monitoring - You will lead EHDS sales department (>15 people) and grouping under one responsibility training, area management and project acquisition teams - You will be responsible to empower the team to create a positive climate, high collaboration, and self-responsibility - You will be part of working streams amongst the E+H community related to sales and business development activities for our digital product, services and solutions - You will manage operational excellence for all “Market & Customer development“ related processes - You will drive process orientation in sales and continuous improvements and KPI-based performance **Qualification + Profile** - University degree in BWL or similar - Passionate about Digital and SaaS oriented businesses - Long experience in Leadership and coaching of sales teams - Sales and marketing experience in process automation technologies and system solutions - Ability to build relationships and networks - Establish strong collaboration and solid relationships with E+H SCs - Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation **Benefits + Perks** - The security of working for an international family-owned company - Wide range of training and development opportunities - Flexible working hours - Excellent pension scheme - Good work-life balance
