**Das ist Ihre Rolle bei uns**
- The mission of the Head of Finance Habasit International is to contribute to the development and execution of global business strategy, and lead changes within finance and wider organization to achieve company goals. In addition, the position will work with Group Finance and Accounting Team and Local Teams to improve process efficiency and enhance control effectiveness in Global Habasit Organization. The person will also provide advice and guidance to subsidiaries over the reporting, controlling and transfer pricing processes and issues.

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**
- Provide Finance Leadership to Strategic Projects that support our growth plan. This will involve partnering with business leaders and international teams to prepare business case and financial modeling, identify relevant value drivers and KPIs, steer execution, monitor execution progress and report value tracking
- Strategic Projects include a wide range of functional areas on world-wide basis: Top Line Growth, Commercial Capability Upgrade, Global Supply Chain Optimization, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, People and Culture Development
- Supervise accounting operations and financial statement preparation in Switzerland; Identify opportunities for optimization and harmonization locally and globally
- Improve finance process efficiency and enhance control effectiveness
- Provide guidance and advice to subsidiaries with the objectives to achieve company goals
- Support global ERP implementation and enhancement (e.g. SAP S4 HANA) as Finance Stream Lead

**Das bringen Sie mit**

**Education and experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
- CPA / CA (preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of Finance & Controlling experience in international environment
- Big 4 Experience is a strong advantage
- Proven Project Management and Team Leadership Experiences
- Broad knowledge of all aspects of finance, accounting and tax
- Knowledge of SAP (FICO) and Hyperion
- Demonstrated success in financial accounting, risk analysis, and corporate governance
