Having closed our first funding round, we're looking for an analytical person to build up our finance & legal functions and bring us on track for our Series A. You will become an integral part of our hands-on & fun team and have a big impact on the future development of our company. We are fast-growing with close to 100 active customers in more than 13 countries across a multitude of industries including some big names like eBay and DHL.

Tasks

As the first person with a finance background you'll be responsible for:

- Setting up budgets & financial reporting
- Accounting (already mostly automated : ))
- Preparing & organizing future funding rounds
- Ensuring compliance of our company and platform
- Setting up legal agreements in cooperation with external lawyers
- Negotiating legal / data privacy terms with enterprise customers
- Leading us to a SOC 2 certification

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, management or related field of study
- 2+ years of experience in business
- Familiar with local regulations in Switzerland
- Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
- Fluent in English and German (written and oral)
- Hands-on, can-do attitude
- Upbeat team player with ambitions
