Our JBS mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

For our offices based in Zug, Switzerland, we are recruiting a

**Financial Manager**:
to lead the JBS Campus Controlling Team in Switzerland.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control key financials for Campus and Administration (OPEX, CAPEX, Headcount) of the Swiss JBS sites
- Provide diligent analytics on variances and lead meaningful conversations with budget owners and Senior Leaders to ensure transparency and alignment to business strategies and goals
- Ensure compliance with finance accounting policies & internal controls, support internal/external audit cycles
- Lead and coordinate the ongoing rolling forecast cycles and the annual Business Plan through engagement with key business partners such as Campus Switzerland Office, Global Services, Tax, Deliver, by providing templates, data analysis and consolidating
- Lead the financial reporting process fulfilling the requirements accurately and timely
- Ensure maintenance/update the financial structure in the local systems to remain up to date and serving the business needs
- Support the deployment of new technology solutions and financial procedures

The role reports to the JBS Senior Finance Director and includes the supervision of a team of approx. 4 talents.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in finance/economics with +6 years of proven experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently within a virtual organization
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop
