**JOB PURPOSE**:Finance Intern will work as part of JBS Switzerland Principal Accounting and Reporting team to ensure that all financial transactions and corporate reports are accurate, timely and compliant with WWPs and SOX requirements.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist with GL accounting, core activities such as journal entry posting, completion of end-to-end ad hoc projects as assigned
- Support with BS accounts reconciliations in accordance with local requirements and US GAAP
- Daily duty invoices end to end process, including analysing the Bordereau control reports accuracy
- Help with preparation of the periodical financial reports, month/quarter end closing procedures
- Assist with Hedging and TM1 mailbox maintenance and TM1 system maintenance
- Support PAR team with process automation and process improvements
- Assist with Master Data Management
- Support various projects in accounting area (e.g. FX hedging, aging, balance confirmation, reconciliation of accounts) and ad-hoc requests, preparation supporting documentation for external and internal audits

**Qualifications**:

- High level of English (oral & written)
- Highly skilled with MS Office
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, attentive to details
