Your mission

Internship Opportunity starting February 2026

We're looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our finance team for 4-6 months, gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of venture capital and corporate finance. Working closely with our Manager Corporate Finance, you'll support strategic and analytical projects that keep our funds and portfolio running smoothly.

You'll gain exposure to investment and exit analyses, fundraising, portfolio monitoring, and financial planning while learning how a leading venture capital firm operates day to day. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in venture capital, finance, and entrepreneurship within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Transaction Support: Assist in ongoing transactions (investment & exit), including financial modeling, valuation analyses, and process management.

  • Finance: Contribute to business and fund modeling, return analyses, and the creation of performance dashboards to track investment performance across all our funds and assets.

  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Develop and refine marketing materials, support event organization, and help build our investor communication strategy.

  • Portfolio Value Creation: Engage in project-based initiatives to drive growth and success within our portfolio companies.

  • 'VC of tomorrow': Support internal projects to drive data-driven tooling, AI adoption and workflow upgrades across the entire lifecycle of a venture capital investor.



Your profile

You are a proactive, analytical thinker eager to immerse yourself in the world of venture capital and finance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can balance work across multiple projects, and have a strong foundation in financial concepts and tools.

  • Exceptional academic background with advanced or completed bachelor's studies or ongoing master's studies in a business-, economics-, or finance-related field at a top-tier university.

  • Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, banking, PE/VC, or startups.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills paired with business acumen and a "get-shit-done" attitude.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

  • Fluency in English is a must (verbal and written), fluency in German is a plus.
