Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for Finance Manager JBS Controlling (CPC) to join the JBS organization in Switzerland

The purpose of the role is to provide financial leadership to the JBS Switzerland Controlling Principal Companies (CPC) team in Gross Profit Controlling”

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and independently manage specific P&L lines within Switzerland Principal companies in OCNIS as well as Affiliate Gross Profit.
- Collaborate with JBS FP&A and internal consolidation team during actuals and budget cycles, including reviews with Senior Management.
- Partner closely with JBS COEs around royalty and profit share agreements, intercompany accounting as well as inventory related topics.
- Act as JBS Switzerland counterpart to the Janssen R&D organization.
- Play active role in the evolution of Controlling teams across JBS (project COSMOS)
- Act as connection point towards Commercial and Supply Chain finance.
- Contribute to related compliance aspects for the Swiss Principal Companies, including balance sheet reconciliation approvals and annual audit reviews.
- Responsibility for 2-3 direct reports

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in finance/economics with +7 years of proven experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Compliance)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and people leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently within a virtual organization.
- Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to interact all management levels.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and keen to grow and develop.
