To strenghten the Finance team at the HQ in Zug, we are looking asap for a

Trade Finance Manager and Treasurer (commodity trading background)

We are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Manager with 8+ years of solid and proven track record in both commodities (preferably ferrous & non-ferrous metals) and Corporate Treasury.

Trade Finance having mainly worked in the commodities corporate industry with trading companies.

**Responsibilities**:
Trade Finance
- Prepare credit facility materials and negotiate bank term sheets and letter of offers.
- Processing of all Trade Finance products with a particular focus on export L/C advising and confirmation; Letter of Credit, Stand-By LC, Guarantees and any other similar documents trade related documentation and furnishing of necessary trade documentations to the commodities banks in conjunction with the Operational department.
- Discounting of receivables, invoices, promissory notes and bills of exchange.
- Document checking, discounting and refinancing.

Treasury
- Banks: Responsible to manage and grow banking relationships
- Cash-Management:

- Cash-Flow position keeping
- Cash-Flow planning
- Manage incoming and outgoing payments
- Fx Risk: handling with banks or Fx providers
- Budget: Assist in budget preparation

Qualification and Competencies
- University Degree-level education.
- \+8 years’ experience working in relevant positions in Trade Finance mainly in the commodities corporate world with proven external references.
- existing network to the relevant Trade FInance Banks in Switzerland and Europe
- Very strong problem solving and project management skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English, our corporate language, is essential with other languages such as German, Spanish, Arabic and Russian preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good with numbers and figures.
- Superior knowledge of MS Office and financial management software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to introduce effective structures into highly dynamic situations using strong collaborative and communicative skills.
- Pragmatic, flexible, comfortable multitasking, with excellent organisational skills and an ability to work independently.
