Company Description
**MET International AG (METI) was established in 2010 in order to consolidate and develop MET Group’s international natural gas sales and purchase portfolio, as well as to establish a trading arm for commodity lines.**

**METI is responsible for providing highly competitive supply structures to its gas,power, EUA and certificates sales affiliates, optimizing its power generation assets, managing the LNG portfolio, and trading around international positions.**

**Job Description**:

- Conduct fundamental analysis
- Contribute to trading operations and update trading IT systems
- Build trading and trade execution strategies including cross-border capacity and storage optimization
- Manage appointed counterparties and internal stakeholders
- Position reporting and management (complex trade entries, ETRM operations)
- Conduct pricing and conclude internal deals with MET Group subsidiaries
- Assist in the ad-hoc and business development projects on the Trading Desk
- Support a Senior Structured Trader in day-to-day activities

**Qualifications**:

- Strong desire and ambition to develop a career within the natural gas sector
- Educational background in Finance or Quantitative field preferred
- Knowledge of energy markets an advantage
- Structured, solution orientated and analytical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills in English essential, additional language skills advantageous (Greek, Bulgarian, Romanian, Hungarian)
