Global Governance and Evaluation: Participate in global governance with Group IT and other divisions. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and inspire the technical team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Support new ways of working and enable business transformation. User Support and Training: Provide frontline support to end-users, addressing queries and conducting training. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Wide scope of competencies : intranet platforms, collaboration and communication tools, document management systems, knowledge management systems, MS Power Automate, MS Power App, Telephony, printing solutions... Business analysis skills: Analyse, design, plans, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets. Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who have diverse objectives.
