**CONTEXT**
- As the Team Leader for Application Support Distribution, your role is to- You will be a member of the
- **Richemont Europe** entity and report to the
- **Distribution & Operation Excellence Support Manager.**
- The position is based in the Campus Genevois de la Haute Horlogerie located in
- **Meyrin, Switzerland**.**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Managing the **day-to-day operations** of the team and monitoring the **incidents **assigned to the team
- Being the **primary escalation contact** and proactively support the team
- Creating an operational excellence mindset through **data-driven and root cause analyses**:

- Leading the team through **performance reviews** while nurturing personal development through shared career paths
- Maintaining **accurate documentation** of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
- Fostering a **customer-centric culture** within the team
- Animating and engaging the key-users community
- Keeping users’ knowledge up to date, by promoting and supporting available tools

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?**
- You have a minimum of **8 years of experience on SAP** (in particular **OTC, PTP and LE**) with a good understanding of the business practices in the Distribution area
- You have a proven experience in **leading a team of multiple experts**:

- You are fluent in **English** with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages is a plus)
- You have a strong ability to **share knowledge** and to build **trustworthy collaboration** with your peers (team members, management, and stakeholders)
- You are **results-oriented** with good organization skills (prioritization, evaluate impacts of changes, identify risks & find appropriate solutions)
- You are passionate about delivering the **best possible service** to your customer and users
