**About the job**:
In this role, you will help create advertiser-facing experiences to enable businesses to place ads on YouTube and set up the parameters that help the ads run effectively, reaching the right audience and providing value to video viewers and creators.

You will use design processes and methodologies and to help create products. You will articulate the vision of the team to engineering and product leadership, advocating for product design, strategic discussions, and an overall YouTube experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with and guide a globally disbursed team of designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and more.
- Help the UX team to understand the product vision and their role in its execution. Frame strategic business needs from users’ perspectives and promote user insights.
- Oversee and drive UX method and process for product development.
- Find creative solutions for design challenges.
- Produce storyboards, conceptual wireframes, UI mocks, and other design deliverables as needed to forward the team and product goals.
