Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in program management

Preferred qualifications:

- Proficiency with using SQL to join and transform data and drive analysis of data samples within large datasets
- Knowledge of formal techniques like Gantt charts, critical paths, and responsibility assignment (RACI) matrices
- Knowledge of how to make work repeatable by creating and improving processes
- Ability to manage tradeoffs of budgeted resources, properly prioritize work, and distinguish between short-term versus long-term objectives

As a Copyright Operations Program Manager, you will improve policies and process across Copyright Operations, in the realms of scaled operations, tools and infrastructure, communications and narratives, and analytics. You will drive the team in their mission to help YouTube launch new products safely by organizing projects into clear goals and tasks, and delegating subtasks and sub-projects to other team members.

You will craft and communicate the pillars and stories that make up our Copyright Narrative and work closely with Public Relations and Government Affairs and Public Policy teams to deliver the supporting data for that narrative. You will balance the legal and regulatory requirements we face around the world with the needs of YouTube's users, partners, and advertisers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and drive process improvements and infrastructure solutions to scale our operations and enhance operational quality.
- Engage with Scaled Abuse and Analytics teams and cross-functional stakeholders and drive large-scale strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Work alongside YouTube’s Product, Enforcement, and Partner teams to prepare for product launches and keep pace with product and policy changes.
