Service Delivery Manager

Tasks

  • Manage and improve the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that SLAs are met
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide effective solutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Continuously monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement service improvement plans
  • Manage service delivery escalations and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain service delivery policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service delivery management

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
