I'm recruiting for a Programme Process Manager with telecoms experience to produce end to end process to deal with customer enquiries within the agreed SLA. Hybrid role based in Zurich. 6 Months contract Daily Rate Depends on Experience. Would you be interested or know someone suitable.

**Scope**

To Analyse, define, the current processes of two teams. In order to update and improve and merge them and increase efficiency.

Ensuring that the expected outcome of the Programme is achieved on time and within budget, quality and agreed scope.

The role holder will be expected to build relationships with senior/ executive level stakeholders, plan and execute communications strategies to inform and influence stakeholders.

**Essential skills, attributes, and experience**
- Strong leadership and communications skills and credibility operating at Senior Leadership Team and General Manager level.
- Experience running programmes in a large complex organisation where time to market and cost are critical success factors.
- Experience of large scale and/or complex Technical Programmes involving interdependent projects e.g., to achieve a network uplift or product/service introduction.
- Experience of managing teams on an assignment basis i.e., without line management responsibility.
- Stakeholder management skills to Senior Leadership Team and General Manager level.
- Tenacious, insists on high level of performance and does not become resigned to the inevitability of delays.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms.
- Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team.
- Structured and methodical, exercise correct judgement on when to step outside business-as-usual process.
- Telecoms Network and IT experience is a key advantage.

**Desirable skills, attributes, and experience**
- Holds a recognised professional accreditation - i.e., Association for Project Management, Prince 2 Practitioner, PMI equivalent or PPM accredited.
- Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team.
- Software - NetCracker, Stable Net, Horizon
- Experience in the Transport Domain - Juniper, CISCO Cert Helpful
