- Within Personal & Corporate (P&C) client division and being part the Digital Office team, you will be responsible to identify new digital opportunities, design target state solutions and client journeys, assess detailed costs and benefits and ultimately, ensure Front-to-Back implementation and business readiness. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify new business opportunities to further accelerate our digital transformation by reviewing existing client journeys, business flows, pain points and opportunities
- Manage opportunity assessment lifecycle to clearly articulate the target state, business benefits, implementation timelines and costs
- Manage complete project implementation lifecycle within an agile environment
- Manage regularly and proactively stakeholder expectations, ensure regular information exchange

- You will work in the Digital Office team of the Center of Excellence “Process Optimization & Automation” at the Digital Factory (Hardturmstrasse 161, Zurich). Digital Office is part of the COO division of UBS Switzerland and drives digitization and end-to-end automation projects (e.g. through digitization of entire value chain and elaboration of new innovative digital solutions for both clients and front-office). The range of tasks and responsibilities is wide and ranges from analytical tasks to people topics, on to coordinating deliverables and key information for the various digital projects.Diversity helps us grow, together. **Your expertise**
- experience in project delivery and project management
- excellent understanding of client products and operational processes for Personal & Corporate banking
- feels comfortable with technologies and have affinities for digital and automation solutions
- excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and German (French as a plus)
- creative innovator, with ability to translate pain points into pragmatic and achievable solutions
- strong analytical skills and attention to details
- able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
