About Crypto Finance

The Crypto Finance Group - comprising two FINMA-regulated financial institutions and part of Deutsche Börse Group - offers professional digital asset solutions. This includes one of the first FINMA-approved securities firms with 24/7 brokerage services, custody, infrastructure, and tokenisation solutions for financial institutions, as well as the first FINMA-approved manager of collective assets for crypto assets, with an active, rules-based and index-based alternative investment fund offering, including the first Swiss crypto fund. The Crypto Finance Group is headquartered in Switzerland.

The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute the product strategy for our Brokerage Services offering
Collaborate with the Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure that our Brokerage Services meet customer needs and are competitive in the marketplace
Work with our Compliance team to ensure that our Brokerage Services meet regulatory requirements
Analyse customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify areas for improvement and new product opportunities
Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer impact and business value
Ensure timely and successful delivery of new products and features by working closely with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of our Brokerage Services and addressing any concerns or questions that arise
**Requirements**:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of trading, preferably in the brokerage industry
Experience in trading cryptocurrencies is a plus
Experience working on settlement systems is highly desired (incl. an understanding of SWIFT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
