- Staefa, SwitzerlandHR Product & Project Portfolio Manager
- We are looking for an experienced HR Portfolio Manager who will manage our portfolio of global HR products and projects to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and efficient use of resources. The HR Portfolio Manager will facilitate decision-making with the HR leadership team as well as planning processes while acting as a Champion for efficient and effective meetings.**Duration: 8-12 months**

**Your tasks**

**Planning, steering, and decision-making**
- Facilitate HR decision-bodies, including HR Leadership Circle and HR Product & Project Circle
- Manage planning and steering processes in synchronization with portfolio management

**Portfolio management**
- Maintain tools & templates for central management of HR product, project, and process portfolio
- Drive strategic product decisions through portfolio analysis and reports in a stage gate approach
- Collect data, ensure data quality, and coordinate inquiries for new product developments
- Identify interdependencies, risks, gaps, and solutions between products, processes, and projects
- Act as PMO for Portfolio Management in close collaboration with Product Champions in the CoEs

**HR Project Management**
- Provide Project Management Tools and lead feasibility studies for potential future products

**Your profile**
- University degree in business administration, HR, psychology, social sciences, or related field
- 2-3 years of work experience in leading HR projects, ideally in HR product & project portfolio management
- Project Management and PMO, Portfolio Management, Change Management experience, ideally from a consultancy environment is a plus
- Target-oriented, ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills, structured working style
- Ability to work with different cultures, build relationships, and communicate efficiently at all levels
- Promotes ideas, creativity, and drives for results
- Excellent presentation skills and strong background in project management with an understanding of Portfolio Management
- Professional in English both written and spoken, any other language such as German will be beneficial
- Proficient in using MS Office tools
