About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as trusted consultant for our local line managers and employees for all HR-related topics, by offering effective HR business solutions in compliance with the Swiss labor law and internal regulations- Advise on annual performance development processes such as performance review, goal setting, annual merit review etc.- Support the teams and line managers in organizational development programs and change management by offering HR consultancy, analysis, communication support as well as contractual frameworks- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, incl. performance improvement and separation processes- Further develop and adapt HR processes and offers
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Completed commercial education (FH, Uni, etc.) ideally with focus on human resources- Several years of relevant experience as HR generalist in a similar role within an international setting- Structured way of working and high degree of independence and sense of responsibility- In depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and best practices, with experience in managing complex employee relations issues- Confident handling of Workday and ideally SAP HR as a plus- Excellent English and German skills- Ability to work and interface effectively on all levels- Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
