Do you have a can-do attitude always putting clients first? **We're looking for a business strategist to**: - shape and execute on strategic priorities bringing the UHNW Solutions Group (USG) forward including collaborating across divisions, with business units, and in line with overall Group priorities - deliver value add to our UHNW Solutions Group specialist teams as well as internal partners by re-thinking, conceptualizing business ideas and ultimately bringing added value to our clients - initiate, manage and implement strategic projects on topics relevant for UHNW clients - act as a "strategic thinking" sounding board; provide strategic perspectives such as competitive intelligence, relevant industry trends etc. - improve (with cross-functional team members) existing capabilities, methodologies, processes and toolkits - build and manage effective stakeholder relationships and understand, represent, and advocate for UHNW client needs Description du profil - ideally 4-5 years of experience working as a Business Strategist or in a role which required the above expertise, e.g. management or internal consulting - strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - self-driven, organized and focused, with the ability to work accurately under pressure - project management experience and strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable in acting as equal partner in business discussions with colleagues across all seniority levels - good overall banking knowledge, especially in Wealth Management; UHNW experience and understanding is a plus - excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience - strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel) - fluent in English, other languages are a plus
