Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to service our sophisticated clients? - We're looking for UHNW CST Head & Client Account Manager to: - Lead a team of six UHNW Client Account Managers and two Interns (in desk) in the Netherlands, Nordics, Canz Intl. Market - Proactively manage team schedule, information flows, internal processes, coach and mentor the team and introduce new joiners to their role. - Oversee Client Service operations including client meeting preparation, input of orders and complete of associated documentation, risk related processes, tools and procedures. - Proactively communicate with Market Heads, Middle Office and Client Service Support Teams in the role as a team leader to ensure efficient and effective collaboration. - In addition, as UHNW Client Account Manager together with a Relationship Manager and Investment Advisor in the UHNW Benelux desk, provide a superior client experience to our Ultra High Net Worth clients and high quality service through excellent administrative and organizational support in all client related processes with a special focus on client account management. - Support on and/or resolve compliance, risk, legal and document related matters and problems. - Identify patterns in client behavior and support the Client Advisor in expanding depth and breadth of the relationship (cross-selling opportunities); think strategically, propose options and support the development of the client book. **Your team** **Your expertise** - Financial services experience, ideally within a wealth management / private banking client facing team - Ambition to lead a team - Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure - Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, a structured work style, confidence in working autonomously and working with absolute discretion - Adaptability to changing demands - Effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others - Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities - Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues at all levels - Excellent English (oral and written), German and/or Dutch would be an asset **About us** - UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
