We are looking for an experienced **Head of Reception Zurich** to join our team. As a key member of our motivated team, you will be working within the bank’s Real Estate & Logistics & Physical Security Management division. As the successful applicant you will bring your leadership skills to a service-oriented team, that will appreciate your motivation, high standards and networked thinking. Furthermore, your organizational skills and thoughtful approach to your work will enable you to maintain an overview, even in hectic situations. You will put your sense of responsibility, pleasant manner and outstanding client focus to good use in assisting our own staff and our clients.

**Your role**:
As the Head Receptionist in our Zurich office you are an ambassador for our Bank and the first point of contact for our international clients. You provide a first-class service with the emphasis on quality and always maintain absolute discretion. Your responsibilities include the following:

- Management of a team consisting of four receptionists, one food&beverage coordinator and one logistic support
- Customer reception and organisation of the reception area
- Organization of the internal catering operation in cooperation with the external caterers as well as the service of the guests
- Assistance with the organization of events on the customer front
- Responsible for ongoing process optimization
- Operation of the telephone exchange in German, French and English
- General administrative tasks

**Your profile**:

- At least three to five years of experience in a similar position with leadership experience in the luxury hotel sector or a service company, ideally within the financial industry
- Native German speaker, fluent in English and knowledge of French would be an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Customer focused and confident appearance
- Solution oriented with a proactive mindset
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
- Must be resident in Switzerland
