- You will lead Zurich's International Program business (IPZ) worldwide by shaping and driving the execution of the IPZ strategy and its further development with the Zurich offices and regions. You will be provided with the opportunity to work across the Zurich global network, which is managed through an innovative system of regional IPZ Network Service Centers and carefully selected local insurance partners who are leaders in their countries and strategically located around the world.- The work location is only Zurich, Switzerland.

- [Digital Transformation in IPZ] Leading Zurich's International Program business and its digital transformation
- [IPZ Strategy + execution] Responsible for development and implementation of the global IPZ operations strategy to drive excellent performance and world-class customer services including maintenance of global processes and controls to ensure successful business delivery and alignment with guidelines as well as KPI performance management
- [Network + partner] Responsible for our regional IPZ Service Centers and you'll carefully select local insurance partners
- [IT + Transformation] Drive the IPZ change initiatives globally. Collaborate closely with IT and take the business lead to enhance our global IT system landscape and digitalize the interaction with customers, brokers and partners.
- [Reinsurance] Responsible for the global reinsurance pooling (Clearing House) Attract, retain and develop leaders within IPZ and model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values
- Develop strategy and participate directly for the largest and most complex requests for empowerment in the group above regional/country authority

**What you bring**
- Significant prior senior leadership experience of global teams
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Insurance, in particular IPZ (producing and receiving) as well as expertise in Customer Distribution Management, UWR, UWS, Claims and Finance
- Experience of working in a multinational regulatory environment and BU experience
- At least 10+ years of professional experience (preferably in strategy execution, project management or consulting, and having worked in a complex enterprise)
- Ability to blend structured thinking, navigate ambiguity and drive innovation
- Excellent relationship building skills as well as negotiating and influencing skills for interactions at all seniority levels, strong team player
- Distinct ability to outline complex matters in a simple, logical and conclusive manner
- Centre experience and local experience, strong customer champion mindset with absolute focus on delivering solutions and impact
- Pro-active, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution focus and willingness to drive things to the next level
- Language skills: English required; any additional language of advantage
