Project management in the field of Traction Service means taking responsibility for projects within our installed base. Our goal is to be seen as valuable partner for our traction projects throughout the full product life cycle. The key to success is a reliable, customer focused project management. As Project Manager in Service you will handle Product and Service contracts as well as acquire additional business.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as reliable point of contact for customers as well as internal contacts of various departments for assigned projects
- Take on project responsibility - including its proper structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, and execution
- Successful execution/delivery of assigned projects on-time, within budget, as per contract agreement
- Oversee commercial and technical aspects of order execution relating to several customer projects with the aim of ensuring quality and efficiency
- Actively identify project risks with regards to timing, costs, and contractual considerations, and initiate suitable countermeasures
- Contribute to internal (cost) improvement initiatives and activities
- Report status/ progress to internal stakeholders and customer with appropriate detail

**Your background**:

- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Two years of experience in Project Management
- Familiarity with traction converter value chain
- Professional level in English and German, other languages an asset
- Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Results-driven, versatile, team-oriented, analytical
- Availability for travel (10%)
