They will mainly be responsible for sales activities and processing of the Key Accounts and Strategic Accounts segment in the rail industry. Growth of profitable order intake is their drive. You will use your experience and drive to build sustainable relationships through outstanding customer service. You will report to the Head of Traction Sales and Service Switzerland. The position is cgraded as 12.

**Your responsibilities**:

Representation of the entire traction portfolio for designated markets served from Switzerland.
- Support for forecast processes incl. Salesforce Opportunity Monitoring, Sales Force Power User Profile
- Responsible for transfer quotes to other ABB units for platform components
- Costing for sales projects and execution of related risk assessments
- Validation of order confirmations of won projects and support of kick-offs to execution teams
- Support of project management for change-offers or claim management during the project execution phase

**Your background**:

- Several years of professional experience in sales with proven experience in negotiations
Knowledge of commercial and technical aspects of system projects or even better traction projects
- Proven skills in building and maintaining customer relationships
- A team player, solution oriented approach with very good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills - German (Swiss German understanding is a must), English, any other language an advantage
