As center of excellence especially for medium voltage drives in Turgi, Switzerland, we act as a global partner in the development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of medium voltage converters for various industries. Our pioneering spirit and ambition had led, for example, to the fact that we have built drives for the world's largest cruise liner as well as the world's largest wind turbine. Committed to strengthening our dedicated customer project management team, we are currently looking for a Customer Project Manager who will take on a key role in successful project execution, from sales handover to engineering and production up to installation. **Your responsibilities**:

- Ensuring smooth and successful project execution by delivering medium voltage drives and additional supplies to customers all over the world
- Overseeing commercial, legal, and technical aspects of order fulfillment for multiple customer projects at the same time and with the goal of on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability
- Acting as reliable key contact for customers and being escalation point for project issues from order intake until end of warranty
- Leading project teams with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback
- Identifying project risks in terms of scheduling, financial, contractual, and legal aspects, and initiating appropriate countermeasures
- Conducting regular financial and operational reporting and representing it to project stakeholders
- Actively contributing to as well as leading continuous learning and improvement activities and projects (Lean Six Sigma)

**Your background**:

- Solid degree in Electrical Engineering or similar combined with business acumen (e.g. negotiation, revenue recognition, cost, cash flow), or degree in Business Administration complemented by excellent technical understanding (e.g. variable frequency converters)
- Experience in managing challenging industrial customer projects (2+ years)
- Project management certification (IPMA, PMP, or similar) required
- Structured, reliable leader with the ability to anticipate risks and act upon
- Openness to learn and adapting to change
- Customer committed team player with the skills to communicate efficiently at all levels
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) and preferably German
- This position does not include travel activities
