**This position reports to**:
Global Product Lifecycle ＆ Quality Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:

- and project-related cases, supporting teams during escalations, and maintaining clear, professional communication with customers.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally within the medium voltage drives domain.
- You have a strong track record in technical project management and delivering complex projects successfully.
- You are highly self-motivated, curious, and approach your work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- You are an excellent team player and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You hold current work permit for Switzerland (EU/EFTA).
