**Luware is growing** We are immediately looking for an experienced talent as Legal Counsel** **to join our Headquarter in Zürich-West** (hybrid).** As a Legal Counsel at Luware you are part of an international Legal & Compliance Team which is responsible for all groupwide Legal, Compliance, Risk and Security Operations matters.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading contract negotiations with customers, partners and suppliers as well as coordinating relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Providing legal advice to other business units
- Providing advice regarding data protection and security related aspects of our cloud-solutions
- Participating in security audits such as SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001
- Performing legal risk assessments and third-party due diligence
- Interpreting applicable laws, rulings, and regulations in different jurisdictions
- Research and analysis of the organization’s legal issues
- Elaborating rules, policies and regulations as well as overseeing their implementation
- Advising and supporting the internal Compliance function
- Providing training on legal and compliance matters to internal stakeholders
- Supporting the organization’s supplier management and performing relevant due diligence
- Handling of company related filings and communication with authorities
- Coordinating external legal advisors

**Your skills**:

- Swiss bachelor’s and master’s degree of law; any additional qualification a plus but not essential
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss legal framework; knowledge of European and American frameworks a plus
- Experience in the fields of intellectual property, liability, data protection and information security in a cloud environment (or a strong willingness to acquire knowledge in these areas)
- Experience in negotiating commercial contracts with regulated entities
- High degree of diligence, attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and German
