**CRM & Customer Service Project Manager Switzerland **(W/M)**

Do you have a significant experience (5 years) in management CRM in Retail?
Are you known for your effective communication and for showing initiative?
You are methodical and client oriented?
You are comfortable with numbers, Excel spreadsheets?
Speak French is a plus

**What do we expect from you?**
As part of the Switzerland Retail team, the CRM & Customer Service Project Manager will be responsible for rolling out in the Switzerland boutiques the CRM strategy and tools developed by the HQ and the Europe-CIS Region in order to maximize client loyalty, recruitment and achieve optimal profitability. He/She will support the sales team in develop in developing their client activities and sales through dedicated CRM plan adapted to each boutique priorities and client’s profiles and be the key contact for Customer Service guidelines, training and action plans.
Your main tasks will focus on:
- To roll out the CRM & Customer Service strategy and tools developed by EUR/CIS region and HQ in all Switzerland boutiques in order to maximize client’s loyalty, recruitment, and achieve optimal profitability.
- To support Switzerland sales teams in developing their client’s activities and sales through dedicated CRM plans adapted to each boutique priorities and client’s profiles.
- To monitor all CRM & Customer Service activities, and report Switzerland market’s needs and feedbacks to Regional CRM & Customer Service team, as main contact point.
This position is based in Geneva, within the Retail Department.
