We have an opening a role of **Triple A Functional Project Manager **for our private banking client in Geneva. **Context**: Our client is entering an extensive transformation program, aiming at rebuilding a global multi-entity information system within the group internal cloud hosting solution. The architecture will be built around Temenos Wealth Suite : Triple’A-Transact. The team will coordinate the IT transformation, under the direction of a global program Manger Reporting to the stream leader “OPS, Credit and Tax” located in Singapore, the Project Manager that we search will be in charge of both - Project management office for the stream - Project manager for Credit sub-stream, making sure the integration of WMIS credit offer/tools with Temenos core banking (Transac). The PM will be accountable for project execution and follow-up concerning budget, schedule, scope and quality. **Description** - Functional specifications on OPS and Credit, especially around the New Core Banking (Transact from TEMENOS) - The person we search will contribute to the migration preparation and to the design of the test cases - He / she will manage the Test Plan and UAT and implement the Change Management plan - He / she will manage the dependencies with other streams and other Transformation projects on his scope - He/she will act as time as Project Leader and will be a member of the Transformation Core Team. **Expected tasks** - Manage monitoring and reporting of the project scope and the dependencies with other stream/projects - Lead the detailed project plan and schedules on his scope (70% ops / 30% credit) - Manage the allocated budgets - Formalize functional requirements; define and implement functional solutions - Propose functional architecture **Mandatory competencies**: - Master Degree in Computer Science - + 15 years of experience as Project Manager within Banking Industry, including significant time in Wealth Management, with proven experience on large project impacting the Core Banking, Operations and Credit. - Have a strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements - Have a strong track records of delivering large-scale projects (>1 mEUR) - Expertise on Credit implementation is a must (Lombard and mortgage loans) - Good knowledge of banking IT processes, IT architecture principles, IT security good practices on Operations and Credit **Appreciated competencies**: - Expertise on Temenos Transact-T24 **Soft skills**: - Proactive, positive attitude and desire to work as a team and help project team to achieve its objectives - Synthesis and coordination skills, focused communication to management and stakeholders - Rigor, self-organization and method - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Langues**: English proficiency mandatory + French speaking
