Digital Experience Project Manager

Based in our HQ, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (Communication, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service ) as well as with the local digital teams (Richemont and Piaget) and the external digital agencies.

**You will make an impact by**:
Managing the online clients journey linked to the Piaget website UX-UI topics (campaigns, product catalogue, E-commerce, checkout, My Account, website search, brand sections ) and developing a website UX-UI strategy aligned with image & business target
Defining and implementing the UX-UI roadmap based on Piaget's maison roadmap and SWM / Richemont roadmaps in collaboration within digital transformation and cross functional teams (communication, marketing, supply chain )
Managing the Digital Design System with our partners and optimize the UX-UI according to the best practices and audits results
Defining and implementing the functional specifications of the website features (E-commerce, Campaigns, etc.) to be in line with the business needs
Briefing and leading the UX-UI production (mockups, UX writing) for website with internal departments and partner agencies
Managing A/B tests for UX / UI functional optimizations globally
Analyzing traffic and conversion (upper, mid funnel, lower funnel) as well as client journeys data to follow-up with improvements to help guide UX
Optimizing the user experience on an ongoing basis (for both functional and experiential aspects of the website) and ensuring accessibility compliance
Competitor monitoring and keeping website updated (process, business rules, contacts, test data, etc.)
Managing the innovative content to enrich website UX (3D 360° views, Augmented Reality, Virtual Try-On)
Support digital product officer from the digital transformation team
Depending on the needs of the organization and the workload, the Company may ask the Employee to carry out other obligations or tasks provided these remain consistent with his/her skills and qualifications

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:
You possess a degree in a relevant field
You have 3-5 years proven experience in digital experience management
You have experience with collaborating with digital agencies
You have strong knowledge about the web copy, SEO and UX/UI and you are familiar with one or more CMS, Photoshop, digital project management tools and web analytics
You are a strong team player who is able to interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization and work in an international environment
You have strong analytical skills and can make decisions based on your self-service analysis
You have a strong ability to solve problems
You are fluent in English and French
