**Expected Profile**

We are looking for a Simcorp Middle Office Functional Contractors

Professional skills:

- Knowledge of financial instruments, including sophisticated derivative instruments
- Experience in using Portfolio Managing System and vendor database
- Able to manage priority and work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of the Front to Back processes

Simcorp Modules : General Reconciliation, View Transaction, Asset Manager, Fund Administration Manager

Soft Skills:

**Company**

We are an asset manager with the scale to deliver global tailor-made investment solutions for investors. The operations flows are managed by a team of 5 specialists following a transversal organisation. You will be reporting to the Operation Manager and be responsible for the entire controlling process of investment funds.

**Scope of Duties**

Trade Processing

Ensure the matching of trades against the broker using reconciliation tools (Traiana, FXALL )

Report breaks and follow up with brokers

Ensure the settlement of transactions in custody

Monitor the Back Office operations: fees, corporate actions, variation margins Reconciliations & NAVs

Reconcile Cash and Positions against Custodian, Prime broker and Clearers

Review valuated positions against the Fund Administrator

Assess the performance computed by the Fund Administrator Performance analysis and reporting

Be the contact point for Front Office queries on their investments

Ensure a strong communication around performance deviation and operational incidents

Support the accurate reporting of performance to the private clients Third parties relationship management

Be the escalation point between brokers, clearers, Fund Admin, Custodians and management for your scope of activity

**Projects**

Be an active stakeholder in the review and enhancement of operational processes

Work conditions : Remote working, client is based in Switzerland.

6-12 months extendable contract

Working for a well established client.

Flexible start date (ie immediate to 3 months notice)
