Your mission**
- Inspire an Agile way of working
- Support Avaloq's new way of working through greater collaboration and knowledge exchange

- Encourage personal and professional development

- Foster Team collaboration
- Provide resource management services, recruiting and on-boarding services and general people management services (Line Manager responsibilities)

Qualifications**
What you need**
- A background in education, coaching or communications or HR related functions
- Mindset of a Servant Leader, focusing primarily on growth and well-being of people and the communities in which they belong
- A curious mind that explores all and every possibility for continuous improvement
- Cultural awareness and experience working overseas
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in working with people and developing talent
- A track-record working in challenging environments that require teamwork, dedication, motivation and commitment
- Ability to think and act conceptually and analytically based on hard and soft data in consideration of corporate requirements
- Experience with resource planning and allocation within and across organizations
- A ‘can do’ mentality with strong motivational skills to encourage contribution and involvement from others
- Fluent in spoken and written English
