We are looking for passionate, committed and service-oriented individuals to join a dynamic team, helping us to plan, schedule, and monitor processes and services within our batch processing framework. Our mission is to ensure the swift and efficient execution of batch chains, meeting service levels and ensuring data readiness. **Your key tasks**
- ** Plan, Design, and Maintain**: develop and manage complex batch processing chains
- ** Ensure Operational Standards**: maintain standard operational conditions and update working instructions
- ** Oversee Batch Execution**: control, manage, and escalate processing issues as needed
- ** Adhere to SLAs**: ensure batch scheduling and processing comply with contractual service level agreements
- ** Drive Continuous Improvement**: Identify and lead initiatives to increase process automation and efficiency
- ** Scheduler Tool Expertise**: Serve as the go-to reference for the use, maintenance, and evolution of the batch scheduler tools

**Qualifications**
- ** Batch Process Planning**: Proven expertise in planning and executing batch processes
- ** Avaloq Experience**: Proven experience in one or more Avaloq technical operations roles
- ** Scheduler Tools Proficiency**: Familiarity with one or more scheduling tools/solutions (e.g., ZENA)
- ** Planning and coordination**: Experienced in coordinating batch scheduling changes during project deliveries and maintenance activities
- ** Flexible Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, public holidays, and weekends
- ** Language Skills**: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
