Regional Product Management is a heterogeneous and global team focusing on superior end-to-end client experience.

Our mission is to ensure a competitive and innovative end-to-end Avaloq Core Platform solution, coherent to business and regulatory demand, leveraging on standardization and re-usability for the served Client Community.

The team defines and keeps up to date the master solutions’ functional scope across regions ensuring alignment to regulations, industry standards and business evolution of the Core platform. It identifies and enables opportunities for sales of community solutions, products and services for existing clients contributing to client satisfaction and revenue growth. It also supports the positioning of Avaloq’s ACP offering in new sales cases.

Other preferred locations are Edinburgh, Berlin, Madrid.
**Your mission**
- Reference for regional baselines’ functional scope and documentation (CH, EMEA, UK and APAC)
- Identify and promote community solutions/products and enhancements for regional baselines, in line with clients’ needs
- Work closely with Development & Technology to maximize solutions’ reusability via design authority process
- Manage assigned budget ensuring baselines’ evolution as per market demand
- Support go-to-market leading drive team for assigned community initiatives, ensuring healthy sales

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics or Information Technology or Engineering
- Overall knowledge of Banking operations and minimum 5 years’ experience managing core banking systems
- Client focused, excellent communication skills
- Well organized, autonomous, rigorous, and able to efficiently interact with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in English. German is a strong advantage. French and Italian are also appreciated
**You will get extra points for the following**
- Avaloq core banking system, ABRS and ASM knowledge
- Knowledge of IT service industry
- Master’s Degree in Business and Economics or Information Technology or Engineering
