Wir bei Sertec 360 sind auf der Suche nach zwei neuen Account Managern, die eng mit unseren Key-Accounts, Business Development, Sales Managern und Service Operations Teams zusammenarbeiten.

Die Hauptaufgabe des Account Managers besteht darin, die Geschäfte und Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden ständig zu verbessern, um Umsatz
- und Rentabilitätssteigerungen zu gewährleisten.
- Aufbau und Pflege starker, lang anhaltender Kundenbeziehungen.
- Als Lead Point of Contact für alle kundenspezifischen Angelegenheiten.
- Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen und erfolgreichen Bereitstellung unserer Lösungen gemäß den Kundenbedürfnissen und -zielen.
- Internationale Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Entwicklung neuer Geschäfte mit bestehenden Kunden und/oder Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
- Planung, Steuerung, Kontrolle und Berichterstattung von Projekten in Bezug auf Umfang, Zeit, Qualität, Risiken und Budget.

Wenn Sie künftig leidenschaftlich in unserem Sertec 360 Team mitwirken möchten, fließend Englisch und Deutsch sprechen, über gute Kommunikations-, Networking
