**Your role**
- We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with the following responsibilities:
- Calendar management:
- manage calendar and diary management of the Head of the sector Channels & Platforms including conference calls, vacations and client meetings
Support of the Sector Head:
- provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications, ensuring appropriate messaging
- coordinate the production of presentations and reports, meeting prep packets etc.
- assist with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses update organizational changes in processes and systems
Support of the Sector Head and Team:
- support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics and offer organizational services
- support related to working infrastructure and equipment
- arrange travel bookings, itineraries and visa coordination
**Your team**
- You’ll be working directly with the Head of Channels & Platform in Zurich in a job sharing set up. We provide a dynamic and friendly work environment at the center of the Swiss Bank. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll have a central role with touchpoints to all C&P teams as well as stakeholders in all areas of COO & P&C.

**Your expertise**
- proven track record in supporting at the executive level
- proficient with MS Office and associated packages
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills (you have the human touch)
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- fluent in German and English
