Customer Service Manager

For our client, a medical industry leader in Switzerland, to join its dynamic team for a permanent role:
**Missions**
- You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team to ensure smooth progress.
- You will have full supervisory responsibility, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and development.
- You will evaluate and enhance business procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- You will ensure efficient order processing while meeting quality standards.
- You will implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved support processes.
- You will manage projects and optimize processes in collaboration with corporate headquarters and internal teams.
- You have extensive experience in customer service management and team leadership.
- You will utilize advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- You are fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
- You are a proactive problem solver with a commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You will demonstrate flexibility and ownership in a fast-changing environment.
