We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative** who will be responsible for providing proactive support to our customers, problem-solving for prompt resolutions, and driving best practices. The position is part of the European team based in Nyon supporting customers across Europe and will focus on our customers in UK and the Netherlands.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensure appropriate communication on order status is shared between customers and field operations. Maintenance of sales product and service contracts. Setting up delivery and/or billing schedules as required. Working closely with commercial operations and internal support functions to drive growth and continuous improvement.
- Working together with our credit collection department to resolve disputed invoices. Issuing credit corrections, new invoices and/or customer returns as needed.

**The required qualifications for the job include**:

- Strong customer-focused with extensive experience in customer service function and strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in **Dutch**and **English**written and spoken. Good understanding of French is a plus.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excels at managing high workloads with resilience and efficiency
- Experience in using Oracle or similar ERP
- Basic understanding of transportation/logistics, including understanding of a freight forwarder tracking system.
