Gewinne und betreue Corporate Ambassadors innerhalb des Unternehmens

Entwickle und setze eine Strategie um, um unsere Ambassadors zu befähigen, eigenständig Content zu erstellen, der Einblicke in ihren Arbeitsalltag bietet und unsere Unternehmenswerte hervorhebt

Erstelle einen Content-Plan, der sicherstellt, dass die veröffentlichten Inhalte vielfältig, relevant und zeitgemäß sind

Definiere KPIs zur Messung des Erfolgs und der Reichweite des Programms

Arbeite mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens wie Learning & Development oder der Kommunikationsabteilung, um das Programm zum Erfolg zu bringen

Entwickle das Corporate Ambassador Programm kontinuierlich aus, um es an die sich ändernden Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens und des Marktes auszurichten

Erste Berufserfahrung im Marketing, Talent Attraction oder einem ähnlichen Bereich von Vorteil

Grosses Interesse an Social Media und Employer Branding

Freude kleine Texte zu schreiben und im stetigen Austausch mit Menschen und multidisziplinären Teams zu sein

Organisationsstarke, flexible, kommunikative und kreative Persönlichkeit

Fliessende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
