Organising team schedules, meetings, and priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Documenting and tracking key KPIs, meeting notes, and follow-ups to maintain oversight and accountabilitySupporting the planning and implementation of projects, events, select presentations, and materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives with a strong focus on external events and congressesCollaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and mutual understanding across the matrix of shared deliverablesManaging budgets, vendor relationships, contracting.Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve team efficiency.Acting as the central point of contact for team members to streamline processes and resolve issues.Your new departmentThe Rare Disease department at Novo Nordisk is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of patients. You’ll bring with you:5+ years of experience in team and project coordination within a regulated, complex matrix organization. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.Familiarity with complex projects and deliverables in e.g. marketing, research, commercial or medical excellence, communications and congressesBachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communication, or project management or a related field.You’ll need to be agile and adaptable, embracing new ways of working with a mindset focused on simplification and continuous improvement. As you’ll be supporting various teams, strong stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
