**The Job**

**As a Recruitment Coordinator**, you will be part of the Recruitment and Employee Development Team, implementing strategies for recruitment, team growth and career development globally. We work cross functionally within **EF International Language Campuses** to ensure best practices product wide.
- You will have the autonomy to get creative when it comes to building talent acquisition pools.
- You will oversee administrative processes for both our recruitment and talent onboarding systems, and lead trainings on system best practices.

**We are looking for** a professional who is passionate about daily work that prioritizes internal stakeholder management with a focus on best practices for our recruitment and retention processes. Someone who is excited about working in an international fast-paced environment, while not compromising on attention to detail. The ability to be a both a team player while overseeing independent projects is a must

**Prerequisites to be successful in the role include**:

- Full fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus
- 1-2 years work experience within recruitment or a related field
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (ex. Jobvite) or Oracle systems
- Experience with employer marketing and branding is a plus
