- IFRC is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (Movement), together with its member National Societies and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). - The Global Humanitarian Services and Supply Chain Management (GHS&SCM) department is part of the Humanitarian Diplomacy and Digitalization Division. This role is part of the Global Humanitarian Services & Supply Chain Management (GHS
- &SCM) department and reports to the Global Lead, Supply Chain Digital and Innovation.

**Job Purpose**:
The Coordinator, Supply Chain Procedures, Learning & Sustainability will play a key role in implementing the IFRC’s global supply chain strategy, with a strong focus on procedures, training, and champion for sustainability.

The role will drive the development and rollout of a comprehensive Supply Chain Learning Strategy. This includes defining learning pathways aligned with the Logistics Competency Framework, creating centralized training materials, and collaborating with regional teams to deliver engaging and effective training using modern adult learning techniques.

Additionally, the role will serve as a champion for supply chain sustainability, overseeing the implementation of the Sustainable Procurement Roadmap and any other sustainable actions defined in the global roadmap for supply chain.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Operations Manual**
- Lead and coordinate the finalisation (including consultations), approval and launch/deployment of the new supply chain procedures for IFRC.
- Develop, roll-out, maintain and continuously improve the Supply Chain Operations procedures, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Integrate the ERP functionalities in the procedure trainings.
- Develop NS minimum standards for supply chain related to our procedures.

**Compliance**
- Be the focal point for supply chain procedure and ensure global compliance with donors, statutory, and regulatory donor requirements, providing technical expertise to regional and country offices on supply chain procedures for the regions when required.
- Respond or coordinate audit requirement for supply chain.
- Work in partnership on assessment tools (i.e. CRRA)

**Learning and Capacity Building**
- Create IFRC Supply Chain Learning Strategy in line with the SC Competency Framework, defining learning paths for all tiers and competencies.
- Review, update and develop SCM content of all IFRC trainings, developing adaptive learning tools, incorporating ERP modules where relevant.
- Develop an IFRC logistics training catalogue including all logistics training programs, training curricula, qualification processes, detailing concepts, duration, target audiences, and learning objectives for each course.
