For our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager Supply Chain Management (m/w/d). **Your responsibilities**
- ** Lead comprehensive supply chain PMO activities** for a strategic global integration project spanning multiple business units
- ** Drive end-to-end evaluation and implementation** of integrated business setups in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- ** Oversee workstream leadership** and design future operational flows while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business requirements
- ** Manage complete flow implementation processes** from conception through execution across global and country-specific levels
- ** Utilize advanced PMO tools** to create tracking dashboards and provide proactive monitoring of project activities
- ** Drive resolution of critical issues** and ensure timely completion of deliverables through effective stakeholder management
- ** Facilitate cross-functional collaboration** between different business units during the harmonization process

**Your profile**
- ** Master's degree** in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or related field
- ** 8-10 years of professional experience** with proven track record in complex project management
- ** Advanced English proficiency** with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ** Expert-level MS Office skills**, particularly advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting
- ** Demonstrated expertise in integration projects** including finance systems, processes, and organizational transitions
- ** Comprehensive supply chain knowledge** with hands-on experience in end-to-end flow design and process implementation
- ** Life sciences or commercial experience** in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
- ** Strong leadership abilities** to mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
