The EMEA Tolling Manager is responsible for overseeing FMC’s external Formulation & Packaging (F&P) operations across the EMEA region. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective toll manufacturing that aligns with regional supply chain and business objectives.
As a key member of the EMEA ISC Leadership Team, the Tolling Manager leads cross-functional coordination, manages external manufacturing performance, and drives operational excellence across a diverse network of third-party sites.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop a team of Tolling Coordinators and Label Specialists across the region.
- Oversee safe, compliant, and cost-effective formulation, packaging, and relabeling operations at 25+ third-party sites.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Quality, Planning, Finance, and Technical teams) to manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in S&OP processes to ensure tolling activities support regional supply and inventory plans.
- Manage team resources, staffing, and training to ensure business continuity and capability development.
- Develop and oversee tolling operations budget, identifying cost-saving and productivity opportunities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or planning roles; cross-functional experience is an advantage.
- Experience managing external manufacturing operations, ideally in regulated or chemical industries.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory and logistics requirements for crop protection products is a plus.
