**Job responsibilities**:
Based in our Geneva Head Office, as part of our Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will join the Supply Chain departement with the following missions:

- Coordination with Supply Chain, European merchandising, and local teams (stores/products) for supplies/transfers/store returns,
- Determination of packaging needs and coordination with the zone,
- Daily technical support in the use of various LV systems,
- Coordination with transport companies and coordination of deliveries and pickups in stores,
- Management of customs complexities (CITES, pro forma invoices, etc.),
- Follow-up of disputes and discrepancies upon receipt with carriers and insurance companies and SAP updates in the event of refunds/credit notes/additional invoicing,
- Management of external local warehouses (incoming/outgoing/inventories),
- Supporting the smooth running of rolling and tax inventories (twice a year) in stores and at headquarters,
- Coordinating product/price updates in systems and in stores via SAP,
- Daily and monthly checks of store stock indicators and system interfaces for investigation and correction,
- Management of head office stock (HR, Press) and loans, associated entries/exits,
- Support for the adaptation and implementation of KPIs and procedures on Retail projects in collaboration with internal control at zone and central level,
- Participation in internal control issues and the continuous improvement of the department.

**Profile**:
You have previous experience in Supply Chain, audit, or an administrative role; and experience in transportation and/or luxury is a plus. Ideally, you also have knowledge of an ERP system.

Your French and English are fluent, German is an asset.

Finally, you’re available as soon as possible to start this 6 months internship.
