Supply Chain Manager

**INTRODUCTION**:
Notre client, entreprise internationale basée à Genève et leader dans son secteur, recherche
**un(e) Supply Chain Manager**
pour piloter et optimiser l'ensemble des opérations supply chain dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Superviser l'ensemble de la chaîne logistique, de la planification à la livraison finale.
- Élaborer, suivre et ajuster les plannings d'approvisionnement, de production et de distribution.
- Piloter les relations avec les fournisseurs, transporteurs et autres prestataires logistiques.
- Optimiser les flux et les niveaux de stock en fonction de la demande et des contraintes opérationnelles.
- Analyser les performances supply chain (KPI, coûts, délais) et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration.
- Manager une équipe pluridisciplinaire et coordonner les interactions avec les départements internes (achats, ventes, production, finance).
- Contribuer à des projets d'optimisation ou de transformation digitale de la supply chain.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Formation supérieure en supply chain, logistique ou gestion industrielle.
- Minimum 7 à 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en environnement international.
- Solide maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des outils d'analyse (Excel avancé, Power BI un atout).
- Excellente communication en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Leadership, orientation résultats et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
