**What impact do you have?**:
Solve real user problems. Focus on customer experience, scalability and insight-driven decisions.

Identify user problems and bring them back to your journey team (developers, data analysts and POs) to be discussed and prioritized.

Discuss & propose solutions based on customers needs and take decisions based on research and insights, not on opinions. To do so, you collaborate closely with our developers, data analysts and POs.

Focus on the problem and the big picture while creating low-fi concepts.

You are assertive, know how to communicate for your cause, are not afraid of being challenged or challenge others.

Be an integral part of Customer Research, conduct your own usability tests to optimise the customer experience.

You enjoy working collaboratively and want to make an impact at Switzerland’s leading online supermarket.

**What do you offer?**:
**Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)**:HCI/Computer Science, Psychology or work expereince in a similar field with a strong focus on UCD, UX and digital products

**at least 5 years of experience

**German (business fluent)**:**English (business fluent)**:**French (beneficial)**:Understanding Swiss German is a must in order to understand our biggest group of customers.

Confident in using human-centered design methodologies to elevate the customer focus of your journey team.

Typography, color, form and motion, the use of design patterns, best practices and guidelines for Web, Android & iOS are second nature to you.

A positive mindset and excellent communication skills.

The ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.

The fundamental belief that we are better together.

You are experienced in building and utilizing flexible, component/token based design systems.
