Technical Customer Advisor

Hikma-Solutions is seeking for one of its clients a "Technical customer advisor - sales support". You will play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction by providing competent advice and working conscientiously and efficiently, thereby making a significant and valuable contribution to the successful growth of the company. Tasks Providing technical advice to customers on the extensive range of company products and solutions. \- Clarifying customer requirements and feasibility. \- Handling technical and commercial clarifications within the LEMO Group and with partner companies. \- Preparing and following up on quotations, and supporting the external sales team. \- Maintaining product master data and creating parts lists in the ERP system. \- Processing quality reports; documenting and coordinating cases with the manufacturer's plant. \- Making occasional customer visits in Switzerland, and participating in trade fairs. \- Supporting the back office with order processing. **Requirements**: Basic training in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics with further commercial training, preferably at HF level. \- Proficient in IT, particularly with ERP systems and MS Office. \- Customer-oriented with strong communication skills. \- Prior successful experience in a client-facing role, such as technical sales or technical customer support. \- Very good knowledge of German and good oral command of English (minimum B2 level), with French being an advantage. \- Ability to think networked, recognize priorities, and organize oneself accordingly. \- Reliable, confident, friendly demeanor, team player, and willingness to help.
