So join us in this journey, and let's make the industrial workplace "Fast and further, together" We are now looking for a **Costumer Success Assistant** to integrate our cross-functional structure in the Lausanne area. **Among Other Things, You Will - Work closely with cross-functional team of Business Developer, Sales Team, Marketers and technical support to build, reinforce, and maintain existing clients and relationships. - You will be responsible for all administrative client service. (i.e., Raising offers, managing orders, releasing invoices, tracking customer’s payments, problems resolution, rejected trades. - Coordinate participation to events & trade shows. - Guide our clients about Wyzo sidebot’s ecosystem and services. - Collaborate in developing, tracking, and reporting. - Ensure that all information requested by Digital Marketing as well as the Account Owner is forwarded on a timely basis. - Arrange the shipments operations with support of internal logistics dept. **To shine and succeed in this role, we wish that you have**: - Minimum 2 years customer service experience on international business preferred. - English and French C1 is a must, German and/or Spanish is a plus - Demonstrating strong multi-tasking skills. - Prior cloud CRM experience preferred such as Hubspot. - Marketing sensitive. - Upbeat and outgoing personality - Positive attitude - Good communicator and team player **Nice to have**: - Familiar with ERPs such as ams - Practice in Adobe in design & illustrator - Knowledge in ICC Incoterms **_ Does this sound like you?
